Product Information
Where are Furniture of California products designed and manufactured?
Furniture of California products are designed by the brand’s internal design team in California and manufactured by approved international production partners specializing in furniture manufacturing. Products are produced according to the brand’s quality standards and specifications.
How do I check availability?
Each product page displays estimated availability and shipping timeframe. Inventory levels can change without notice. If you need confirmation before ordering, please contact us and we will verify stock for you.
Do you have a showroom?
We are an online retailer and do not operate a public showroom. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and direct shipping to customers.
Do you offer custom furniture?
Custom-made furniture is not available. However, certain collections may offer different finishes, configurations, or fabric options depending on the manufacturer.
Can you help me choose a product?
Yes. Our support team can help with measurements, product details, compatibility, and recommendations before purchase.
Ordering & Payments
When am I charged?
All orders are charged at checkout. This reserves inventory and initiates processing with the manufacturer and warehouse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown during checkout.
Order Verification
For fraud prevention and customer protection, some orders may require identity or payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled without penalty only before they are processed or shipped. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to fees.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
Most in-stock items ship within approximately 2–5 business days. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery Time
Transit time varies by carrier, product size, and delivery location. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Area
We ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Freight Deliveries (Large Furniture)
Large items ship via LTL freight carriers. The carrier will contact the customer directly to schedule a delivery appointment. A valid phone number is required.
Customer Responsibility at Delivery

Customer must inspect items before signing

Any visible damage MUST be noted on the delivery receipt
Failure to note damage at delivery may void the damage claim.
Missed Deliveries
If a scheduled delivery is missed or refused for reasons not related to damage, redelivery, storage, or return shipping fees may apply.
Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for confirming that items will fit through doors, hallways, staircases, and elevators prior to ordering. We are not responsible for items that do not fit inside the residence.
White Glove & Assembly
Standard delivery is threshold or curbside delivery unless otherwise specified.
Upgraded delivery services (when available) may include:

Damages & Claims ⚠️ (Important)
All shipments must be inspected upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged:

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
We will repair, replace parts, or replace the item at our discretion based on manufacturer policy.
Returns & Refunds

Most items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Return Fees
Approved returns are subject to:
• 20% restocking fee
• Original shipping cost (if applicable)
• Return shipping freight cost
Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected at the warehouse.
Wrong Item / Missing Parts
If you received the wrong item or missing hardware, contact us within 48 hours and we will provide replacement parts or exchange when applicable.
Warranty
All products include the manufacturer’s limited warranty only.
Normal wear and tear, improper assembly, misuse, or commercial use is not covered.
Pricing & Errors
