Furniture of California — Limited Warranty

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Furniture of California stands behind the quality of the products we sell. If a manufacturing defect occurs under normal residential use, we will work with the manufacturer and our service partners to provide a repair, replacement part, or replacement item when applicable, subject to the terms below.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products purchased directly from Furniture of California.

Warranty Coverage (1 Year Residential Use)

All furniture products and parts sold by Furniture of California are covered for one (1) year from the date of delivery against defects in materials or workmanship under normal household residential use.

This includes:

• Upholstered furniture (frames and structural components)
• Wood furniture
• Metal furniture
• Stone, marble, and glass furniture components
• Manufacturer-supplied hardware and parts

Furniture of California, at its discretion, may:

  • Provide replacement parts

  • Arrange a professional repair service

  • Replace the item with the same item

  • Replace with a comparable item if the original is discontinued

Upholstery & Fabric Warranty

For one (1) year from delivery, upholstery is covered against manufacturing defects including:

• seam failure
• broken internal frame components
• fabric separation caused by manufacturing defect

Not covered:

• pilling
• fading from sunlight
• stretching from use
• cuts, burns, stains, or pet damage
• normal softening of cushions or foam
• comfort preference

Wood, Stone, Metal & Glass

Covered for one (1) year against structural manufacturing defects.

Natural variations are not defects, including:

• wood grain variation
• marble veining
• stone pattern differences
• slight color differences
• minor size tolerances

Because natural materials are used, no two items will be identical.

How to File a Warranty Claim

You must contact us directly.

Email: contact@FurnitureofCalifornia.com
Phone: (888) 585-8724

Within your email include:

  1. Order number

  2. Description of the issue

  3. One photo of the full item

  4. Close-up photos of the problem area

Claims submitted without photos cannot be processed.

After review, Furniture of California will coordinate with the manufacturer and determine the appropriate resolution.

Right to Repair

If a defect is repairable, Furniture of California reserves the right to send a professional furniture technician to repair the item in your home.

Replacement or refund will only be offered if the item is determined to be non-repairable.

Refusing a reasonable repair solution voids warranty eligibility.

Spare Parts

When possible, replacement parts (legs, hardware, panels, cushions) will be provided instead of replacing the full item.

Furniture of California’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product purchase price only.

Furniture of California is not liable for:

• incidental damages
• consequential damages
• property damage
