Furniture of California is committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This policy outlines returns, refunds, replacements, and damaged item procedures.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
All returns require email authorization from Furniture of California before shipping items back.
To start a return, email contact@FurnitureofCalifornia.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.
2. Return Fees
Approved returns are subject to:

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your items at delivery. If damaged or defective:

Note “Damaged Upon Arrival” on delivery paperwork

Take photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Discount to keep the item
We cover damage caused in transit, but not damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper assembly.
5. Replacement & Repair

Repairable items may be fixed by a qualified technician at no cost.

Items deemed irreparable will be replaced or credited.

Minor cosmetic issues may qualify for a partial “Keep-As-Is” credit.
6. Order Cancellations

Before shipment: Full refund is available.

After shipment: follow the return policy.

In-transit cancellation: Subject to restocking and return shipping fees.
7. Warranty
Furniture of California offers a one-year limited warranty for normal residential use, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Scratches, stains, or minor cosmetic imperfections
