General Shipping Information

Furniture of California delivers to residential and commercial addresses within the United States.


Shipping Charges & Options

We offer Free delivery service levels on all the product for United States Customers.

Free shipping service : $0.00

This service includes:

  • Delivery to the front entrance, porch, or ground-level threshold

  • No unpacking

  • No assembly

  • No packaging removal

  • No scheduled appointment for small parcel items

  • Appointment scheduling for large freight items only

  • Signature is required for all deliveries

Customer is responsible for moving items inside the residence and completing assembly.


Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Estimated processing and delivery times: approximately 1–7 business days


Inspection & Damage Responsibility

Upon delivery, customers must inspect packages immediately.

If damage is found:

  1. Note damage on the delivery receipt

  2. Take photos of packaging and product

  3. Contact us within 48 hours

Before ordering, customers are responsible for:

• Measuring doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators
• Ensuring items fit into the residence
• Providing accurate contact information
• Being available for scheduled delivery

We are not responsible for items that cannot fit inside the home or business.
